An individual often tends to forget their medical history due to obvious reasons. It is not feasible for any person to memorise and recollect their health issues since their day of birth. Now, this creates a lot of chaos when the person has to undergo clinical observation. It is not easy for the doctor or any physician to proceed with the check-up followed by the treatment without any previous knowledge of the patient’s health.
Many a time, patients are a carrier of a certain disease that they are unaware of. This leads to the passing of the disease to their progenies resulting in a diseased offspring. Such genetic changes are a result of chromosomal aberrations that could potentially alter the entire phylogeny. Unless the disease is not disclosed, the mother shall not be aware of her medical situation. Genetic alterations may also be a reason for a complicated pregnancy (Singh, et al., 2019).
At times, the patient tends to subject an embarrassing situation that cannot be dealt with, if the clinical practician tries to look into the patient’s medical history through a series of a questionnaire. To overcome such circumstances, where the patients can freely disclose their health issues, Medi-Tree can prove to be a boon. By not disclosing the actual and exact medical issues with the correct symptoms, the treatment may have certain side-effects and it may also result in no improvement in the health of the patient.
Pondering over the situation stated above, it is very likely to come up with an online platform that can cater to the needs of the patients and other needy individuals. Medi-Tree would be an online health check-up platform that could easily fetch the patient’s medical history. This could be possible through a simple questionnaire. Medi-Tree would be a record-keeping measure of an individual’s medical issues. From every possible small detail to any chronic disorder, Medi-Tree would keep a record of every issue.
Using an online medical application would ease the job of any individual. The people would no longer have to stand at long queues waiting for their turn to document their medical history to the clinical assistant. Apart from the feasibility and convenience, using Medi-Tree is highly affordable. It can be procured without giving much burden to the patient’s pocket. This reduces the cost of spending at the pathologies and saves their extra time spent at the doctor’s clinic.
Investing in such a user-friendly business would account for better profits for the stakeholders. Being a concept that aids the customers and users very well in a convenient manner Medi-Tree would bridge the gap between the investors and the users. According to the market data and research, medical issues are at peak and require advancements, not only assisting in treatment procedure but the ones that could ease the check-up and the treatment procedure simultaneously. Therefore, the proposed solution would turn out to be a popular medical application amongst the population.
A software process popularly called a product cycle is a lot of related exercises that prompt the creation of the product. These exercises may include the advancement of the product from the scratch, or, changing a current framework (Polishwala, et al., 2020).
For any project plan to be accessed functionally, it has to follow the below given four parameters:
In the proposed project, the purpose of using the application is well-understood and analysed. To cater to this situation, the Waterfall Method could be an apt type for proceeding with the software process.
The Waterfall model is a successive methodology, where every essential movement of a cycle spoke to as a different stage, orchestrated in a direct request.
In the Waterfall model, you should plan and timetable the entirety of the exercises before beginning dealing with them (plan-driven cycle) (Haraty, et al., 2018).
There are five major processes involved in the waterfall Method: (Wheelock, et al, 2016)
