Swati Bedeker through the Foundation named Vatsalya situated in Vadodara decided to change this thought process among the people. Also, misbelief, unsafe practices, unawareness, and lack of knowledge about menstruation in females are the main reason for many problems. So, there is a great requirement to help adolescents at educational levels to carry out safe and hygienic behaviour.
