Hello Everyone, Myself __, I am a student of __. Today I will be discussing the business and its associated environment. According to me, Business was an organization or entity that incorporates several activities including commercial, professional, and industrial activities for making profits and providing valuable products and services. It existed and operated with the help of various social groups like customers, suppliers, competitors, etc. Moreover, in my opinion, the Business environment was only a sum of both external and internal factors affecting the business operations. But when I get through the course study, I realized that Business is a very wide concept that offers an opportunity for individuals to learn from both success and failures, and encourage them for analyzing several other factors that are necessary to operate a business. Besides this, the business environment is not only the sum of factors but is an environment comprising a collection of people and other factors that affects not only the business operations but the business growth, performance, profitability, and it’s survival. The course study has changed my opinion towards business and it’s the environment. Earlier I was just reserved for the definitions but the course study has changed my entire perspective towards all these terms.

My Professional long-term goals are to expand my professional knowledge and training by attending several workshops and certified courses. My aim is also to improve my work performance and learning skills by having faith in my capabilities and continuously putting 100% effort at work. I also aim to strengthen and enhance my professional relationships with time to experience bearable and rewarding scenarios and also get some learning from my colleagues. Besides these, better presentation skills, increased earnings, a higher job role, new experiences, and establishing my startup are some other proficient goals that I wish to attain.

I have learned various business administration skills and theoretical concepts in the course study that are efficient in both present and future situations. The course study of business administration helped us to understand the shortcomings that prevailed in the past while operating the business activities and how their shortfalls can be overcome in the present scenario. The course study also helped me to analyze the business environment and keep a record of all the factors that hamper business operations. So, when in the coming future, I will be establishing my startup, I will consider those factors and will plan my business operations accordingly. I would like to learn more about the IT skills in a business administration as this will help me in understanding the IT issues associated with the operations and the top IT skills that will enhance my development and professional career. I will apply all the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experiences in the later stages of my career to develop my skills and grab the best opportunity out in the market for my career development. Moreover, I will use my learning experience and knowledge to resolve the issues that I might face in the coming time related to my work or the business dealings. To enhance my professional development apart from the course study learning, I will look out for some extra co-curricular activities to build confidence, grab good internship opportunities to develop skills, will attend seminars and workshops for attaining more knowledge.
