The customer perspective is incite a good response that will enable more positive publicity and attract new customers- this is why constant innovation pushed by through research will help the company understand what the customer needs or what is the customer using. The internal process or product service perspective is the introduction of improvement of NB IoT services and development of new data mining systems. Launching of new products and services and addition of hotspots along with the foray into the entertainment sector are extremely lucrative and viable options.
