Threats- Threats to an organization can cause hindrances in the company’s growth and profitability. The major threat that this organization has to face is the threat of competition. Many non-profit organizations are coming up with the idea of specialized services, thus this possess threats to this company. Also, the stringent government policies, laws and taxation issues create a threat to the operations of this organization.
With the changing business environment and the increasing competition, all organizations need to alter their existing strategies and formulate new ones. Thus, it is recommended for this company Diabetes Tasmania to alter its present communication mix strategy. The company largely rely on traditional methods of advertising. With most of the people spending most of their online, the company needs to increase its presence on online and social media platforms to reach a large number of people with minimum expense. It is also recommended for the company to expand its services, other than diabetes care, to other community services.
