More than 10800 students worldwide participated in an online survey on the best universities for higher education. Spain universities received the highest number of ratings and was announced as the number one university for international students. Amongst the English-speaking countries, the United Kingdom ranked top followed by Australia, United States, and Canada. More than a hundred institutions across 121 countries were assessed on the basis of admission process, quality of student life, online classroom experience, student-teacher interactions, student diversity, and career development, overall satisfaction, and Covid-19 crisis management. Thomas Strothotte, president of the Kühne Logistics University, said that this award carries a significance since the results are based on student evaluations. The results also give insight into the different areas for improvement by showing the ideas and concerns of students. Student reviews will help other prospective students make better decisions about their future study destinations.
