The team Los Angeles Lakers faced an uphill battle while entering Game 5. It was so because they were without Anthony Davis the all-star big man. The L.A also ran into the battle with the Phoenix Suns and lost the match. Phoenix Suns won against the defending champions in the first half and never looked back and ended up with a 115-85 win.
For Phoenix Devin Booker was like a savior as he led all the scorers with 30 points on 13for23. He was amazing with shooting from the field and going along the five assists and seven rebounds. From Los Angeles, LeBron James did very well in providing L.A, a fair chance to compete. He finished the loss with five rebounds and seven assists with 24 points in 32 minutes. But this was not enough in the end and the Phoenix Suns enjoyed their victory.
With this win, the Phoenix Suns are on the lead by 3-2. They are in their best of the seven series with Game 6 which is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET on Thursday night.
