After the International Student Sentiment Survey shared the data during the Edified seminar, one of the specialist education consultancies threw light on the fact that from July 2020, Australia had suffered reputation damage. This fact was drawn out from the data compiled by the Insights Director at Lyndell Jacka

While presenting the survey insights, Jacka brought up the point that the services that are being addressed to the international student as support during a pandemic will have to go a long way for improving the experiences and satisfaction of the student.

The condition is more or less the same for the students in New South Wales compared to the other Australian jurisdictions. The surveys have shown that it comprises the diverse international students set carried out over the last three quarters.

The number of students was disillusioned with the higher education offered in Australia during the pandemic. International students, around 72% in NSW, have participated in the survey that indicated their internet in completing the education in Australia. More structured support might help students have a better experience in Australia, stakeholders speaking at an industry webinar organized by Study NSW have suggested.
