Too many do’s and don’ts have international students flying to Canada perplexed about the terms and conditions following the vaccination drive before initiating their international academic course beginning in August Fall 2021.

In a bid to invite as many applicants for international studies, Canada, the country has virtually more than two lac applicants from 2019 to the current date.

Of those, a rough estimate clears more than half of the international academic visas as approved or on the verge of approval.

According to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) spokesperson Nancy Caron, these visas should match all required criteria before admission.

With these many applicants, the authorities face an apparent problem regarding their vaccination norms, affecting students alike. However, applicants that have followed the required trend stand clear in entering Canada for the Fall Semesters.

Residential Canadian students with the first dose have the permission to stay in. However, only those medicines approved by the Canadian government have been allowed entry. Students with the approved two-dose need no quarantine on landing from July 5, 2021.

The approved two dosages of the vaccine are Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines, or one dose of the Janssen vaccine, or an approved combination jabbed at least 14 days before entering Canada.

If an applicant with two different vaccines jabbed owing to the supply deficiency, they must carry required documentation alongside scholars flying Canada this Fall.

Canadian international scholars in the current Semester may have to face numerous obstacles like fewer flights for navigation or quarantine on landing or lesser access to vaccinations.

But the Canadian visa embassies have no shortage of applicants from resourceful service providing agencies available online.

If you submitted your complete study permit application on time with the biometrics and immigration medical exams comprehensive before May 15, 2021, be sure to get a call by August 6, 2021.
