Come August 2021 and Fall Semesters this year, international students in the U.S. have an issue resolving before entering campus. It is regarding their COVID-19 vaccination.

Quarantine guidelines are changing for partially vaccinated or unvaccinated students seeking entry to the U.S. for the August Fall Semester.

Senem Bakar, the director and incharge for all international student and scholar services, American University, apprised US-bound students in a press release.

Only those vaccinated with approved medicines by the FDA or WHO may be allowed entry. Other than that, scholars need to be immunised following the university guidelines.

Before vaccinations on the college lines, students need to meet all COVID-19 mandatory protocols till vaccinated.

Students with valid F-1 and M-1 visas for the following semester need not contact the embassy before travelling, other than seeking entry a month later than the date and confirming only before setting off.

Changed vaccination guidelines at any time are likely to confine you home or for distance learning, or you may have to undergo an entirely new set of vaccinations followed on campus selected in the U.S.
