They also have an efficient drive to educate other individuals (Maya, 2022). They are usually passionate about the theory of integrating and learning into practice. This is because it is crucial to keep updated with the current evidence and research-oriented practice recommendations mainly to aid theatre staff in supporting their practice ability within a quickly changing profession. Additionally, theatre nurses are a crucial multidisciplinary team part in which the team gets assisted to create a care plan for the patients (Vogelsang et al., 2019). Theatre nurses play an important part in the effective practice transition to work in this profession efficiently. Through education and ongoing support, the theatre nurse can support the nurses to navigate effectively the unpredictable and dynamic clinical environment.
