The investigation of Enterprise Systems, which included ERP as well as CRM, looked into the integration of company operations, optimising efficiency, as well as customer interactions. Business Intelligence courses taught me how to analyse and evaluate data, allowing for more informed decision-making. Discovering Applications of Business Data Systems, particularly Enterprise Architecture, emphasised the importance of technology in defining organisational structures and processes. This extensive investigation not only improved my academic knowledge but also gave me practical insight towards real-world applications. This investigation into the Foundations of Information Systems has profoundly altered my career path. Understanding Agile techniques as well as Scrum Planning has provided me with important project management tools.
