Human resource is an important factor for every business organizations as they are considered as the prime asset for the companies who work and ensure organizational effectiveness. The main purpose of this paper is to perform an annotated bibliography concerning five peers reviewed journals based on the topic of managing human resources in the context of global challenges. By reviewing the journals that re relevant to the topic helps to make identification of its importance, effectiveness, and improvement which are needed for organizations in the context of global organizations. Thus, the paper will provide an in-depth understanding of the various pieces of literature which were performed on the same topic of human resource management concerning their challenges and strategies to overcome.

In this particular research study by Schuler et al., (2011), several pieces of literature has been reviewed and referenced to provide adequate justification to the research and ensure accuracy and reliability.
