The source of innovation of the Pantene brand range named the "Micellar Gentle Cleansing Shampoo" is the use of delicate ingredients such as nutrients alike Pro-V and Pro-Vitamin B5, sea salt, anti-oxidants and even micelles (Pantene 2023). Nonetheless, this variant of the hair cleansing shampoo is free of any parabens, silicones and dyes. The innovation approach for the Pantene brand has been investigated to work as a type of beauty or say cosmetic care innovation the needed change the people demand to take care of their beauty needs. This is because pollution is high in the current day environment, and people are critically concerned about keeping their hygiene and care maintained.
