In thor soft drinks material the company uses real fruits pulp that not only enhance the taste of the drinks but also make it more genuine which attracts the health concern people. The company used to serve different hard drinks and soft drinks to their customers. Even in case of the marketing strategies of the Canadian company, Bella Beverage Inc. is unique and the executive team and the organizational structure are favorable for the new markets. The packaging, one of the most important marketing strategies, is also important for what the company follows. The strength of the company is the different market policy of the government that it enhances the expansion of the business every time also the population and the demand of the beverage are the strength points of the company.


The weakness of the company is in the time of globalization the company only makes their target audience from the local niche (Phadermrod, et al., 2019). The market review of the company is also high and the demand of the products is also there but the company feels insecure to establish their business market in the international market.


 According to the Ashamed (2019) the threats of the beverage company are the new entries of different companies as the startup companies make the same drinks at a low price and that attract the customer. Again in cas4e of the brands who have already established their image are giving threats to the Bella Beverage Company.


The opportunity for the company is the employees of the companies are skilled enough and the company makes them more productive through giving training. The demand of the beverages that the companies serve and use secretly is the opportunities of the company.

Competitive Rivalry- Strong Force

With related to the market performance of Bella Beverages in the global market, they face strong competition with their major competitors like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola and many other.
